Cancellation Policy

 All appointments are to be paid in full:

• 2 days prior to a treatment

• 5 days prior to a 1-day Retreat

• 14 days prior to a Retreat longer than 1-day

Date changes or swaps with a treatment with an equivalent value can be made up to 2 days prior to scheduled appointment. 

 

Date changes or swaps with a retreat with an equivalent value can be made up to 5 days prior to a 1-day Retreat

Date changes or swaps with a retreat with an equivalent value can be made up to 7 days prior to a Retreat longer than 1-day

 

We do not give refunds once a booking has been confirmed and no-shows will incur a full cancellation fee.
